Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sand mold for casting in which sand recycling in a molding cycle of a lamination layer molding method is allowed in a manufacturing method of a sand mold for casting using an ink jet type lamination layer molding method to be capable of decreasing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a sand mold for casting comprises: a mixing step in which sand and a curative are mixed into kneaded sand; a lamination printing step in which resin is printed while laminating the kneaded sand layer one by one to mold the sand mold for casting; a recovery step in which the kneaded sand that the resin is not printed on in the lamination printing step is recovered; a regeneration step in which the kneaded sand recovered in the recovery step is calcined to be reclamation sand; and a reclamation sand introduction step in which the reclamation sand is introduced into the mixing step as at least a part of the sand.
