Abstract:
To provide a scarf that can be tied by inserting it into a gap portion of an opening of the scarf to keep warm and durability of the scarf, the opening being formed not by punching but by weaving a fabric thereof to two folds, can be put right in front at the breast irrespective of a tying way of the scarf, can prevent an appearance after tied from giving a visually poor impression without disturbance in a knot thereof, and to provide a technique to improve portability of the scarf by making full length of the scarf to be short.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a scarf having an opening comprises: (a) weaving the scarf from one end; (b) weaving a portion for the opening; (c) weaving the scarf to the other end; (d)making both ends open in a longitudinal direction for the opening; and (e) sewing a selvage of the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
