Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a semiconductive belt excellent in electrical property capable of reducing voltage dependence property of electric resistance value in a semiconductive belt, and capable of suppressing an in-plane variation of the electric resistance value.
The method for manufacturing the semiconductive belt made of polyether sulfone resin film containing a conductive filler is characterized in that plasma processing is applied to the film 1 after the polyether sulfone resin containing the conductive filler is molded to be a film shape.
