Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of a shape detection roller which allows forming of a hard to peel very hard lining layer by a spray coating.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of discs 2 each containing a pressure sensor 1 are arranged successively concentric on an outer circumference part to form a roller material. The roller material is deoiled and the outer circumferential surface of the roller material undergoes a blasting treatment. Then, the outer circumferential surface is spray coated with a very hard lining material. In the manufacturing method of a shape detection roller, the roller material is preheated after the blasting treatment and then, the outer circumferential surface of the roller is spray coated with the very hard lining material.
