Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a reasonable sheet-like heat pipe with sufficient heat diffusion performance and a simplified manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A metal foil is formed by press working to make a molding, and SHP1 is manufactured which forms a hollow container 15 in which working fluid in the liquid phase is sealed by stacking two sheets of a first sheet body 11 and a second sheet body 12 as two or more metal foils including the molding, and joining flange portions 11B and 12B having a width d of less than 2 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
