To provide a manufacturing method of a slope member and a slope member capable of forming a desired drainage slope without obliquely cutting a plate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a slope includes at least: step S1 of forming a stepped portion on one end side of a laminated plate by laminating a plurality of thin plates so as to shift positions of one end; step S2 of lifting the one end side where the stepped portion is formed by a desired slope height to fix; and step S3 of pouring resin into the stepped portion to level it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
