Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar battery assembly which improves uniformity and quality stability and prolongs the lifetime.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a solar battery assembly includes the steps of: disposing a plurality of solar battery sheets connected with each other by a connector sheet within an injection molding metal die including a plurality of injection metal dies in such a manner that the solar battery sheets are positioned within the plurality of injection metal dies, respectively; injecting an injection molding material into the plurality of injection metal dies under a heating condition and encapsulating the solar battery sheet with the injection molding material, the injection molding material being selected from among ethylene-vinyl acetic acid, polysilicone and polyvinyl butyral; extracting the plurality of encapsulated solar battery sheets from the injection molding media die; and mounting a substrate and a back sheet to two surface of the plurality of encapsulated solar battery sheets, respectively.
