Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell element capable of further improving efficiency by satisfactorily reducing wiring resistance and contact resistance of an extraction electrode without complicating a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A laser processing is applied to a semiconductor substrate 11 which includes a diffusion layer 12 and with which an anti-reflection film 13 is formed on a surface 11a. Thus, a pattern-like through-hole 10b is formed by removing the anti-reflection film 13 in a wiring pattern shape while keeping a surface state of the semiconductor substrate 11. A pattern-like streak part 31 is formed by printing conductive paste 30 in a wiring pattern shape on the surface 11a in such a manner that at least the pattern-like through-hole 10b is filled. An extraction electrode such as a finger electrode 21 is formed on the surface 11a by sintering by burning the pattern-like streak part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
