Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of sole elements (25) for shoes, in particular for sport shoes with a desired density distribution in one or more directions comprising the steps of manufacturing of a sole element preform (20; 20-1; 20-2; 20-3; 20-4) from a plastic material with a thickness variation in one or more directions according to the desired density distribution to be achieved and press-forming the sole element preform (20; 20-1; 20-2; 20-3; 20-4) in a forming tool to form the finished sole element (25) from the sole element preform (20; 20-1; 20-2; 20-3; 20-4).
