Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of solidification soil capable of manufacturing the solidification soil 10 meganewtons per square meters or more in low cost.SOLUTION: A manufacturer of solidification soil performs: (step S101) measuring a plastic limit of soil material to be used; (step S102) determining composition selections which are changed respectively in a ratio of water in the soil material and in a ratio of solidification material to the soil material; and (step S103) determining an auxiliary water amount on each of the composition candidates. The manufacturer, further, performs: (step S104) excluding selections which auxiliary water amount is below a threshold value; (step S105) preparing a plurality of samples; (step S106) curing each of the samples; and (step S107) measuring each of their compression strength. The manufacturer, further more, performs (step S108) determining a weight ratio of sample water and soil particles and a weight ratio of water and solidification material by comparing each sample of the measured compression strength values to a target value of an indoor blended strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
