Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a spectacle frame in which the entire frame is integrally formed of the same resin material, which does not cause crack in joint portions, peeling of an adhesive agent, or the like, and can apply appropriate elasticity to temples for a long period of time.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a spectacle frame in which a front frame and temples are integrally formed, and which is equipped with elastic means for pushing and energizing the temples against the head of a user, in which a metal mold is prepared which has: a front frame molding part 21; right/left temple part molding parts 25 formed at positions corresponding to a folded state; right/left curved part molding parts 24 arranged between the front frame molding part 21 and the right/left temple part molding parts 25; and a cavity 2 in which the front frame molding part 21, the right/left temple part molding parts 25 and the right/left curved part molding parts 24 are connected in a communicating state. The spectacle frame has the front frame and the temples which are integrated in a folded state via curved parts by injecting a molten resin material into the cavity 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
