A manufacturing method of a spectacle lens having a siloxane-based coating layer and at least one functional layer in this order on a lens base material comprises: ultraviolet irradiation treatment of the surface of the above siloxane-based coating layer and then heating treatment, followed by cleaning treatment of the surface of the siloxane-based coating layer; and formation of the functional layer of the surface of the siloxane-based coating layer after the cleaning treatment.
