To provide a spiral coil with sheet having a small high-frequency loss and a favorable coil-shape retention performance.

A braided wire (1) with a plurality of self-fusion-bonded insulating wire braided and having a flat cross section spirally winded and adhered on the surface adhesive layer (2) of the sheet (4) with the long side of the braided wire (1) headed for the coil radial direction, and the wires are fusion bonded. Spirally winding the long side of the braided wire (1) headed for the coil radial direction can thin the thickness of the braided wire (1). The use of the braided wire (1) can reduce the high-frequency loss. The fusion bonding of the wires can provide the favorable coil-shape retention performance.
