Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional method for manufacturing a spoiler where a second member is jointed to backside of a first member having a design surface that, in a case where both members are jointed with a fastening member, such as a bolt and a nut, distortion is generated on the design surface, resulting in reduction in appearance.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a spoiler, a first member 12 on which a first connecting part 14 having a first through hole in a direction crossing with overlap direction of a backside of a spoiler and a joint part 40 is formed on the backside and a second member 32 comprising a second connecting part 34 having a second through hole overlapping with the first through hole when the backside of the first member 12 and the joint part 40 are jointed are jointed in a manner where the first and second connecting part face each other with an interposed gap, and a clip 44 having a plurality of flexible wing parts 48 extending outside where it crosses with an axis direction on an axis part is inserted into a first and second through hole so that either flexible wing part 48 is hooked on at least one opening edge of both through holes so that it is equipped in a state where length of a gap S interposed between the first and second connecting part is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
