To make it possible to realize productivity enhancement.SOLUTION: A storage device according to an embodiment includes: a plurality of storage elements that each have a fixed layer having a magnetization direction that is fixed, a storage layer having a magnetization direction that can be changed, and an insulating layer provided between the fixed layer and the storage layer; an under layer having the plurality of storage elements provided in an array; and a semiconductor substrate having the under layer laminated upon the surface thereof.
