Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a surface-transparent compaction material based on high-frequency non-adhesive compaction technology that solves technical problems such as compaction wood water absorption and repulsion by use of high-frequency technology.SOLUTION: At least one region of the surface transparent compaction material produced by the present method includes a transparent layer 1 and a compaction wood layer 2 which are heat-sealed in whole or in part by use of high frequency. The surface-transparent compaction material has the excellent performance of the compaction wood and the transparent material, and can be widely applied to the industrial field, the military field and the civilian field. The method for producing the material includes S1. a pretreatment step for lamination structure, S2. a high-frequency heat-sealing step for lamination structure, and S3. a temperature lowering treatment step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
