Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a synthetic isoprene polymer latex capable of providing a dip molded body capable of obtaining high centrifugal separation yield and excellent in tensile strength.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a synthetic isoprene polymer latex by dissolving a synthetic isoprene polymer having weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 100,000 to 3,000,000 obtained by solution polymerization using an alkyl lithium polymerization catalyst in a hydrocarbon-based solvent having 5 o 8 carbon atoms and having viscosity measured at 25°C by a Brookfield viscometer of 100 to 70,000 mPa s includes an emulsification process of emulsifying the synthetic isoprene polymer solution to obtain an emulsified article, a desolvation process for desolvating the hydrocarbon-based solvent from the emulsified article and a centrifugal separation process for centrifugal separating the emulsified article desolvated in the desolvation process.SELECTED DRAWING: None
