Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing system of recycled sand, capable of effectively and continuously processing a large amount of construction sludge for a short time, easily and continuously classifying particles with various sizes without formation of large lumps due to adhesion of particles to each other, and manufacturing uniform recycled sand.SOLUTION: A method includes: a vibration step A of feeding construction sludge onto a vibration screen 32 to sift particles having a predetermined size or more with the vibration screen 32; a chemical agent feeding step B of feeding a chemical agent into the construction sludge 10 formed of particles having a predetermined size or more sifted in the vibration step A; a first mixing step C of cutting and mixing the construction sludge 10 including the chemical agent mixed in the chemical agent feeding step B with a first mixing cutter 36; a kneading and shredding step D of kneading and shredding the construction sludge 10 cut and mixed in the first mixing step C with a kneading and shredding machine 38; and a second mixing step E of loosening and mixing the construction sludge 10 kneaded and shredded in the kneading and shredding step D with a second mixing cutter 40.
