PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which transfer of heat generated by a heater to a temperature sensor is suppressed.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a thermal flow sensor comprising two sensor chips 2 and 3 applied to a pipe 1 and a substrate 4 having a space between the two sensor chips 2 and 3 and applied to the pipe 1, a mark indicative of a region to which an adhesive 5 is applied is displayed on the substrate 4, and the adhesive 5 is applied to the region indicated by the mark on the substrate 4, and the substrate 4 having the adhesive 5 applied thereto is applied to the pipe 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
