Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion element and a thermoelectric conversion element capable of reducing an internal resistance in a direction perpendicular to a plane.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion element having a thermoelectric conversion capability on the basis of a temperature difference in a direction perpendicular to a plane includes a bonding step of bonding a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer with a solution containing a conductive polymer having thermoelectric conversion performance. In the bonding step, a thermoelectric conversion layer is molded by bringing the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, which are solid phases, into contact with the solution that is a liquid phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
