Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensionally shaped object which is more suitably adaptable to conditions of use. One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a three-dimensionally shaped object by repeatedly and alternately laminating a powder layer and a solidified layer using the steps of: (i) sintering or melting and solidifying powder at a predetermined location of a powder layer by irradiating the predetermined location with a light beam, thereby forming a solidified layer; and (ii) forming an additional powder layer on the obtained solidified layer and irradiating a predetermined location of the additional powder layer with a light beam, thereby forming an additional solidified layer. In this method, a powder different from the former powder is supplied to a lamination region to manufacture a three-dimensionally shaped object, and an alloy section is formed from the different powder and at least one of the solidified layer and the powder layer by using a light beam.
