Title:
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR TIRE CABLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010269600
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To satisfy a stress when used and stresses when attached and detached, which are contradictory each other, to simplify manufacturing, and to reduce a weight of a material.

A cable comprising a staring material of worked hardened steel of which the carbon content is 0.4-1.0 wt.% is coated with an adhesion coating film for enhancing adhesiveness between the worked hardened steel and rubber, in this manufacturing method for a tire cable, and is restoration-annealing-heat-treated for a prescribed time at a temperature between 250°C and Ac1, to make "an elongation Af when used of the cable" come to Af=Ae+Ap>4%, where Ae represent elastic elongation and Ap represents plastic elongation, using a means for limiting reduction of an adhesive force for bonding the cable to a rubber mixture.
