Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a tire enabling enhancement of steering stability and braking performance by eliminating slack of a carcass cord within a tire.
A core 11 capable of contacting at least the area of the inner surface of the tire where a belt layer 4 is arranged is inserted into the inner side of the tire 1 removed from a vulcanizing machine, and post-vulcanization step is conducted in the state that the core 11 is pushed to the inner surface of the tire.
