Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the intrusion of air into rubber which coats a tire skeleton member in the case that the tire skeleton member is formed of a resin material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a tire comprises: a skeleton forming process for forming a tire skeleton member 17 by using a resin material; an unvulcanized rubber arrangement process for arranging unvulcanized rubber 25 over an internal face 12B of a bead part 12 from an external face 14A of a side part 14 of the tire skeleton member 17; and a vulcanization process for vulcanization-molding the unvulcanized rubber 25 by using a vulcanizer 40 in which a recess is formed at an inside molding face 44B for vulcanization-molding a portion which is arranged at the internal face 12B of the bead part 12 of the unvulcanized rubber 25 out of a molding face 45 for vulcanization-molding the unvulcanized rubber 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
