Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a toilet seat in which scratches due to vibration welding or ultrasonic welding are hard to be caused in a seat surface or in a bottom surface.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a toilet seat 1 with a seat 2 and a bottom 3 is provided. In the seat 2, an upper surface serves as a seat surface 21, a lower end face of an inner circumference end 22 serves as a seat inner circumference welding place 221, the lower end face of a peripheral edge 23 serves as a seat outer circumference welding place 231, and a protrusion 251 in the seat and a protrusion 252 out of the seat are provided. In the bottom 3, a bottom inner circumference welding place 311 is provided on the upper surface of an inner circumference end 31, and a bottom outer circumference welding place 321 is provided on the upper surface of a peripheral edge 32. The seat 2 is mounted to a seat pushing jig 5 and is pushed toward the bottom 3 side in the welding. The seat pushing jig 5 pushes the seat so that a gap 7 may be formed between the seat surface 21 and a non-contact touching part 53. After the welding is performed, the protrusion 251 in the seat and the protrusion 252 out of the seat are removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
