To provide a manufacturing method of toner particle capable of easily controlling average particle size of dispersed droplets and efficiently manufacturing toner having a sharp grain size distribution, in a process of dispersing toner raw material such as a resin composition dissolved in organic solvent or a monomer composition into an aqueous medium.

In the manufacturing process of dispersing the toner raw material by using an agitation device having a high shearing force, the angle between agitation blades and operation conditions are optimized and, thereby, the toner particles having a sharp grain size distribution are manufactured.
