Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a toothbrush capable of reducing stimulation to the oral cavity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a toothbrush includes steps of: a polishing step of polishing bristle tips relative to a bristle bundle having bristle tips aligned on the same plane; a displacement step of displacing bristles included in the bristle bundle so that the polished bristle tips are in different positions, and displacing the bristle bundle in such a manner as to form a chevron shape; a cutting step of uniformly cutting the root of the bristle bundle including the displaced bristles; and an implanting step of implanting on the head of a toothbrush, the bristle bundle having root uniformly cut in the cutting step, and including the displaced bristles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
