To provide a manufacturing method for a toothed endless belt which can manufacture the toothed endless belt of a small diameter and the toothed endless belt having belt teeth inside and projecting threads (belt teeth) outside in a short time.

The manufacturing method has a process wherein a first canvas jacket 1 having stretchability in the circumferential direction is fitted on a cylindrical tool 6 having grooves 60 for forming the belt teeth in the outer peripheral surface and a core wire 2 and a rubber layer 3 are wound thereon in this sequence, a process wherein a mold is assembled in a mode of inserting the cylindrical tool 6 fitted with the first canvas jacket 1, the core wire 2 and the rubber layer 3 into a cylindrical back rubber 5 having grooves for forming the projecting threads (groove 50 for forming the belt teeth) inside and is held in a vulcanizing can and a process wherein the cylindrical tool 6 is heated, while the back rubber 5 is heated and pressurized from outside, and the rubber layer 3 is vulcanized, while it is made to flow into the groove 60 for forming the belt teeth and the groove for forming the projecting threads (groove 50 for forming the belt teeth).
