Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a tube container.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tube container includes: a molding step of die matching a male die 25 and a female die 26 by supplying an intermediate material 36 having mutual solubility high to a sleeve 27 and low to a cap 13 to therebetween in a state of inserting the sleeve 27 into a sleeve holding part 28, and storing the cap 13 in a cap recess 34, and forming a molding; and a release step of releasing the male die 25 and the female die 26 from the molding. In the molding step, the intermediate material 36 is molded while fastening to an opening end of the sleeve 27, on a shoulder part between a shoulder inner surface molding part 30 and a shoulder external surface molding part 33, and is molded on a mouth part by making flow into between a mouth part molding part 29 and the cap 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
