Abstract:
To improve heat transfer efficiency and to manufacture a tube with a spiral fin shaped preferable to flow resistance.
The tube 2 is rotated and simultaneously moved in the axial direction. A band plate having a twisted edge part is moved in the longitudinal direction interlocking with the rotation and axial movement of the tube 2, and the moving band plate is pressed to the outer periphery of the tube and joined to fit a spiral fin 4. The inclined spiral fin is formed by pressing the spiral fin in the axial direction of the tube, thereby obtaining the tube 1 with the inclined spiral fin of many stages in the axial direction.
