Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture, without using a large-scaled vacuum chamber, a vacuum heat insulation panel with excellent durability which is composed of a core material having heat insulation performance and external enclosure metal plates covering a peripheral part of the core material, and in which interiors of the external enclosure metal plates which internally enclose the core material are brought into vacuum states and sealed by peripheral parts of the external enclosure metal plates.SOLUTION: When manufacturing a vacuum heat insulation panel in which interiors of two external enclosure metal plates which internally enclose a core material are brought into vacuum states, and which is sealed by peripheral parts of the external enclosure metal plates, grooves are formed at the peripheral parts of the external enclosure metal plates at the inside with a line for welding which is performed in a succeeding stage sandwiched therebetween at the one-side external enclosure metal plate peripheral part out of peripheral parts of four sides of the two external enclosure metal plates in which a bulge part is arranged in at least one center, regions other than spacer insertion parts of the peripheral parts of the two external enclosure metal plates at the outside are welded and joined to each other after spacers are inserted between the peripheral parts of the two external enclosure metal plates at the outside, after that, vacuum-drawing is performed via the grooves formed at the peripheral parts of the external enclosure metal plates at the inside and the spacer insertion parts of the peripheral parts of the two external enclosure metal plates at the outside, and after that, gaps on the line for welding between the spacers and the grooves are crushed, and the crushed points are welded and joined.
