To provide a manufacturing method of a vehicular wheel which forms a hub hole of a predetermined hub hole diameter, and a hub hole flange portion with an opening end portion of a predetermined outer peripheral diameter, without performing a cutting work, and to provide the vehicular wheel.
A hole peripheral edge portion 29 of a basic hub circular hole 28 which is perforated and provided at a sheet type base material 21 is bent by a folding punch 51 and a folding die 55. The folding punch includes a hub hole forming portion 52 which is equivalent to the hub hole diameter, and an end diameter expanding portion 53 which is smaller in diameter than the hub hole forming portion 52. The bending die includes an end forming portion 56 which is equivalent to the outer peripheral diameter of the opening end portion 6a. With such constitution, a manufacturing method to form the hub hole flange portion 6 of a two-stage cylinder type is obtained, wherein the flange portion consists of the opening end portion 6a of the predetermined outer peripheral diameter, and a flange base portion 6b constituting the hub hole 5 of the predetermined hub hole diameter. Moreover, the vehicular wheel 1 has the hub hole flange portion 6 of such two-stage cylinder type.
