Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a vinyl chloride resin for paste processing less in viscosity secular change of a sol when mixed with a plasticizer, and excellent in mechanical strength when processed at low temperature, and applications thereof for example a coat agent, especially automobile under body coat or a sealant for automobile, or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method for vinyl chloride resin for paste processing including mixing higher alcohol of 0.1 to 3 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a mixture monomer consisting of vinyl chloride monomer/vinyl acetate monomer, conduction a homogenization treatment, and then conducting polymerization by adding a seeds containing an oil-soluble inhibitor when a vinyl chloride polymer for paste processing is manufactured by a seed micro dispersion polymerization method in an aqueous medium containing an emulsifier.SELECTED DRAWING: None
