Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a web roll in which paper tube crush, wrinkles, winding deviation and paper tube slip-out do not occur, a wrinkle suppression method of a web roll, and a web roll.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a web roll 1, long webs 11 and 12 are wound up around a paper tube 10. The manufacturing method of the web roll 1 includes: a conveyance step of conveying the webs 11 and 12 in which a circumferential direction linear expansion coefficient is 0.5×10-5 to 2.0×10-5[/K], and a radial direction linear expansion coefficient is 0.5×10-4 to 3.0×10-4[/K]; and a winding up step of winding up the webs 11 and 12 while rotating the paper tube 10, in which moisture content is 1 to 3%, in the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
