Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance wrapping accuracy for a wrapping decorative panel.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a wrapping panel 10 including a tabular substrate 20 with a chamfered surface edge part 20a and a decorative sheet 30 having thermoplasticity and tightly adhered to the substrate 20, comprises a preparation process and an adhesion process. In the preparation process, the substrate 20 and the decorative sheet 30 are provided. In the adhesion process, the decorative sheet 30 provided by the preparation process, is heated to be softened, and then, the decorative sheet 30 is deformed to fit a surface and surrounding side faces of the substrate 20 to adhere the decorative sheet 30 onto the substrate 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
