Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective material useful for obtaining a protective closing or the like capable of being immersed into a water repellent-oil repellent agent without being decomposed and being subjected water repellent-oil repellent working.SOLUTION: Provided is a protective material containing an external additional layer(s) and a liquid shielding layer(s) by at least one or more layers, respectively. The external additional layer(s) is composed of fiber and pores with the maximum pore size of 1.0 to 1,000 μm, the liquid shielding layer(s) is composed of fiber with the average single fiber diameter of 0.5 to 10 μm, also, an oil repellent degree according to an AATCC test method 118-2002 is a 5.5 class or more, and the maximum pore diameter is 1.0 to 100 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
