To provide a manufacturing process of a composite sheet capable of a composite sheet under strong adhesive force just after starting point of operation and also capable of change of adhesive conditions easily.
In the process of manufacturing a composite sheet 1, a sheet 2 and a sheet 3 are adhered partially to form many adhesion parts, and a convex part is formed in the sheet 2 in its parts other than the adhesion parts. The sheet 2 is supplied in a space between rollers 11 and 12 having concave-convex parts in their peripheral parts under rotating the rollers in such a way that the concave part and the convex part are positioned oppositely, the sheet 2 is transported along the peripheral part of the rollers 11 under holding by suction, and then the sheet 3 is supplied in such a way that the sheet 3 is laminated to the sheet 2, whereby both sheets are partially adhered to each other by the roller 11 and a plural of heat rollers 13 to 15 whose temperatures are different from one another.
