To provide a manufacturing process for an endless belt for an electrophotographic apparatus which is excellent in product characteristics and is low in production cost.
The endless belt for the electrophotographic apparatus is obtained by relatively sliding a cylindrical or columnar substrate 1 for the endless belt upward in an axial direction in the space enclosed by an inner peripheral wall 2b of an annular vessel 2 in the state of abutting on the inner peripheral wall 2b from the bottom 2c side of the annular vessel 2 while rotating the substrate in a circumferential direction; allowing a liquid material 3 to flow over from the inner peripheral wall 2b of the annular vessel 2 in this state to form a coating film 4 on the outer peripheral surface of the substrate 1; then drying the coating film and thereafter removing the coated film from the substrate 1.
