To provide a manufacturing process of a hollow blade by which the manufacturing cost can be considerably reduced in comparison with that in a conventional technique.
The manufacturing process of a hollow blade for a turbine engine equipped with a root and a rotor blade includes a forming stage of two outside parts 14 and a stage for combining the two outside parts by diffusion-bonding so as to obtain a blade preform. With respect to the respective outside parts, the forming stage of the two outside parts includes a work for forming by forging a first element 28 composing at least one rotor blade part in the outside part, a work for forming at least one second element 34 to at least partially form by forging the root part in the outside wall part, and a work for combining respective second elements 34 to the first element so as to obtain the outside part.
