Title:
MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF SHOES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03143403
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To remarkably simplify the manufacturing process of shoes by transplanting short fibers on the inside of the external leather of shoes by an electrostatic transplantation to provide a lining layer so that it becomes unnecessary to manufacture in advance the lining separate from the external leather of shoes.

CONSTITUTION: Vinyl chloride plastisol is poured into a hollow die and heated to the temperature of 100 to 300°C. Thus the sol is converted into half gel from a contact part with a metal die. After growing it to a predetermined thickness, sol that is not converted into gel inside of it is discharged. The remaining half gel layer is further heated and then cooled after completely converting it into gel to obtain an external leather 1 having the same shape in the original pattern and the surface of the external leather. Adhesive is applied on the inside of the external leather of shoe formed in slash molding in its entirely to provide a adhesive layer 2. After applying adhesive, short fibers are immediately treated with electrostatic transplantation to provide a lining layer 3. Short fibers electrically energized penetrate into the whole surface of the external leather with electrostatic force, thus forming an even raising layer on the inside of external leather of shoe in its entirely to form the lining layer 3.
