Abstract:
To provide the process of efficiently producing a low blemish, quality thermoplastic resin film by effectively eliminating roll smudges without damaging a roll.
In manufacture of the thermoplastic resin film including the process where a traveling film touches at least one of rolls, intermittent irradiation of a laser beam having a frequency of 1,000-7,000 Hz and a pulse width of 100-280 nanoseconds is conducted on at least one of the rolls touched by the traveling film.
