A liquid crystal panel W is turned upside down and horizontally rotated by a panel turning section 200, so that optical functional films fed from a first continuous roll R1 and a second continuous roll R2 are conveyed by a film conveying line L1 that is linearly disposed in a plan view, and the liquid crystal panel W is conveyed by a linear panel conveying line L2 in plan view that is superimposedly disposed to be positioned in the upper side of the film conveying line L1. The panel conveying line is disposed in the upper part of the film conveying line and both the optical functional films fed from the first continuous roll R1 and the second continuous roll R2 are bonded to the liquid crystal panel W from the lower side.
