Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce material loss and to reduce in cot by forging bar stock, and by forming it into a flat plane shape with a central hole.
CONSTITUTION: Cutting is made to bar stock 1 to form a flat top plate 3 having a central hole 2 by a forging. A part of central hole 2 produces loss of material, but the loss is quite a little as compared with a conventional one. That is, top plate with quite a little loss and a cheap cost can be offered.
