PURPOSE: To reduce the mold releasing time and to improve productivity of the titled panel body by a method wherein urethane is injected into outer frames which are open upward and flat case-shaped, compression molding is conducted by vertically reciprocating members and liquid is sprayed on the surface to be cooled.

CONSTITUTION: Urethane is injected by an injector 12 into a door frame 2 and a sheet is supplied by a sheet supplier 13 so that the sheet covers the urethane. Next, the sheet is pushed by a push member 16 and stretched flatly, It is left free of pressure, the movable member 19 is dropped, foaming urethane is pushed and compressed. After suitable times of the compressions cooling liquid is sprayed by a sprayer 20 to cool the urethane foam. The whole area in the door frame 2 is filled by another compression with urethane foam to obtain the desired shape. Finally, the urethane foam is removed from the mold and transferred to next stage as an urethane foamed panel 5.
