PURPOSE: To continuously punch many holes on the small diameter long size tube by setting the pushing-out rod and the compressed air path for completely removing the punched press chip in the inner cylindrical die of the female blade.

CONSTITUTION: The long size tube 2 is fixed at the prescribed position with the chucks 3, 4, and the female blade 5 is also fixed at the prescribed position with the chuck 6. Next, it is punched with the male die 5 set on the press machine 8. The punched press chip 9 generated at this time is laminated in the inner cylindrical die of the female blade. Accordingly, the punched press chip 9 is pushed out from this female die 5 with the high pressure air 12 jetted through the compressed air path 11 from the compresser and the pushing-out rod 10 at every one hole punched. Therefore, because the punched press chip is not hung or blocked in the female blade 5, so many holes continuous punching of small diameter long size tube 2 can be executed.
