Abstract:
To provide a multi pipe joint that when the number of pipe joints is large or working pressure is high, can resist reaction force to avoid the warpage of a substrate.SOLUTION: A multi pipe joint is configured such that when a distance between a socket plate 14 and a plug plate 24 is set to a second distance that is shorter than a first distance from a non-connection state where a distance between the socket plate and the plug plate is the first distance in a state where a socket and a plug face each other, the socket and the plug are in a connection state where a lock socket and a lock plug are connected and a valve is opened; and a valve opening/closing unit 42 pulls the socket plate toward the plug plate in a state of engaging the socket plate from a valve closed position where the socket plate engages with the socket plate in the non-connection state, and moves between the valve closed position and a valve opened position in which the distance between the socket plate and the plug plate is changed from the first distance to the second distance to become the connection state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
