Abstract:
To provide a marine floating type buoy device capable of assisting intensifying of a stowaway monitoring system effectively with a labor as small as practicable.
The buoy device is equipped in complex form with an electrically processing device fitted with a camera 3 capable to cover all marine view field and to have dark view and also capable to make remote operation using cell-phone etc. and an electrically processing device furnished with a submarine sound microphone 5.
