Abstract:
To suppress vibration or noise of a clutch while trolling.SOLUTION: A marine gear device 8 includes: a forward and backing changeover mechanism having a forward clutch and a backing clutch 15 for transmitting rotational power of an engine 7 mounted on a vessel to a propeller 5; and a trolling device 25 for adjusting hydraulic oil pressure going to the forward and backing changeover mechanism. The forward and backing mechanism includes a pair of first forward clutch 14 and a second forward clutch 16 simultaneously actuated in trolling as the forward clutch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
