Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for a pressure test for a marine hose capable of further improving safety of test work.SOLUTION: In a method for pressure test for a marine hose, the marine hose 11 is placed on end devices 3, 4 and a receiving truck 5, while filling a passage 12a with pressurized liquid and loading a predetermined internal pressure in a state where an opening 13a at both ends of the marine hose 11 is sealed, elongation data detected by distance sensors 9a, 9b1-b3 and internal pressure data detected by a pressure sensor 8 are inputted into an arithmetic part 10a in which an allowable range of elongation of the marine hose 11 corresponding to an internal pressure is inputted in advance, an unexpected breakage of the marine hose 11 is grasped in advance in comparison between the allowable range and the elongation data by the arithmetic part 10a, and when the elongation data is out of the allowable range, the pressurizing mechanism 6 is controlled by a control part 10b to stop a load of the internal pressure, and the internal pressure is reduced to prevent breakage of the marine hose 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
