To provide a marine production apparatus that is easily constructed and maintained.

A water intake apparatus 1 arranged at a marine deep layer part and a water discharge apparatus 3 arranged at a marine surface layer part are fixed to the sea bottom. The water intake apparatus 1 is formed in an open trumpet pipe shape so as to make an ocean current flow in the water intake apparatus. The water discharge apparatus 3 is opened in the flow direction of an ocean current. Consequently, marine deep water is lifted up through a pump pipe 2 connecting the water intake apparatus 1 to the water discharge apparatus 3, nutritional salts are abundantly supplied to a marine surface layer part, carbon monoxide is fixed as planktons by photosynthesis and the planktons are effectively used for production increase of useful marine organisms.
